Already a successful surfcamp, Atlantis Surf Project is now offering a unique package holiday with the same excellence in service but at a more attractive price. We still provide top level yoga and surfing lessons , sight seeing tours as well as accomodation at our luxurious dream house . The only thing weve changed is in making it a self-catering holiday.

The house is fully furnished with a plasma tv, dvd, library, collection of films including surf films, free internet access , and a fully functioning kitchen and bbq . It also has a swiming pool with salt treatment and a garden area. Both offer a espectacular view over Guincho beach.

We are offering this exclusive package for the affordable price of
Low season ( April June ) 595 Euro per person

High season (July August ) 695 Euro per person

This includes the following services:

Organic breakfast with muesli, rice or wheat milk, assorted fruits, coffee and tea
Yoga lessons, twice daily Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays and daily Tuesday Thursday and Saturdays
Surf lessons with Portuguese Federation of Surf trainned coaches
Daily surf video correction program
All neccessary surf equipment (surf board , wetsuit, leash)
Transportation to and from the beach
Full use of our surf camp facilities, kitchen swiming pool BBQ internet etc
Daily maid cleaning service.
Daily sight seeing tours.

The week runs with check in on sunday and checking out on saturday after lunch. (Flights not included)

How does the day run? Take a look how we have organized the activities at the surfcamp.

Sunday : Sunday is to check in. You have two options for us to pick you up. We can arrange for an airport transfer wich costs 3o euro. This is a fixed fee regardless the amount of people to be picked up. Also we can give you directions on how to get from the airport to Cascais train station (which is pretty easy!) and we can pick you up from there free of charge. On arrival we will show you the ins and outs of the house, and make sure your well settled in . We can take you shopping for groceries and anywhere else you may need to go. ( Forgot to pack your toothbrush? Well get you one! ) There are no activities on Sundays so you can use this time to settle in and rest from your trip.

Monday : yoga starts nice and early at 8. am :-) This mornig class is one hour. The instructor will come from the Ashram in cascais to give you the lesson ( link to our yoga schools website :http://www.yoga-samkhya.org/?lang=en )
After the lesson there is time for breakfast.

At 10. am the surf instructors arrive to take you surfing . They are Willie and Rasta . Both are locals with extensive knowledge of the surrounding surf breaks and many years of surf coaching experience. They also work at a local surf factory only five minutes from our camp. If you ask them they will give you a tour of the surf factory where you will be able to see how a surf baord is built from start to finish!

They will bring you back to the surfcamp just after 1.pm. This will give you time to have a quick snack and get ready for your next yoga session of the day. Yep , thats right! yoga after surfing really helps to make you more flexible and take away the soreness of the muscles. This yoga session will be focused on percisely stretching those muscles you used while surfing.
After this you have time for lunch. We recomend having lunch after the yoga because its not advisable to practice yoga on a full stomach.

At around 4.pm your own personal driver will be at your disposal. He will be driving our spacious nine seater surfvan. Use him to take you anywhere you want to go! Sight seeing* , a trip to the mall, to a supermarket , into town for a stroll or back to the beach for more sun. If you are an experienced surfer he can take you back for an afternoon surf session.

At around 7.pm ( or by the time of your choosing ) you are back at the camp. Unwind , relax and enjoy a nice evening meal with your friends. If you are feeling energetic you can take a taxi to the bustling town of Cascais, where you will find a series of bars, restaurants and nightclubs for your entertainment. You can stretch the evening since the next day the yoga lesson is in the afternoon and you can sleep in until your surf instructors arive at 10 am* !
